GENERAL INFORMATION
The first edition of The International Meeting of the Carpathian Region Specialists, focused on Gears, was organized in 1996 under the coordination of Prof. Eugen PAY. The following editions had a continuously grown multidisciplinary approach of the research and technological development activities, so the 2021 meeting comprises a wide spectrum of engineering.
Until now more than 400 specialists from Romania, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine and Slovakia, with more than 590 papers, attended the CEurSIS Conference. The scientific activities it possible to be complete with social and cultural activities.
The official language of conference is English for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. The scientific program of conference consists of plenary sessions and thematic sections.
The papers will be presented as oral presentations (MS Power Point) or as a Poster.
Each oral presentation is max. 10 min. excepting the keynote papers presentations which will be max. 20 min.
PUBLICATION
Abstracts of accepted and presented papers will be published in Conference Proceedings (e-ISBN).
Extended versions of selected papers (the selection goes simultaneously with papers reviewing) will be published in Journals, edited by TU Cluj-Napoca, indexed in international databases or in IOP Conference Series.
We accept maximum TWO papers from one author or co-author.
CONFERENCE FEES
Conference participants fee: 150 €.
Accompanying person fee: 100 €.
Paper published in e-Proceedings without participation: 75 €.

IN THE SITUATION IN WHICH THE CONFERENCE CANNOT BE CARRIED OUT ON-SITE, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC CONDITIONS, IT WILL GO ON-LINE, WITH THE MODIFICATION OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE TO THE VALUE OF 75 €. THE DECISION WILL BE COMMUNICATED UNTIL NOVEMBER 15.
